Brashaun has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. He was knowledgeable about the menu. It was my first time coming in so recommended the cheddar turkey sliders, they were delicious. It was completely empty when I went in and I almost left. I am glad I stayed cause he was an absolute delight

I had an issue with a turkey breast I ordered for Christmas. So, I decided to complete the online survey, not expecting to hear anything, which seems to be the industry standard. However, this time I was happily surprised to get a call from the store manager, Mitchell wanting to make things right! It’s refreshing to encounter a company with great customer service and a wonderful management team who truly wants to make their customers happy. On a side note, their pick up process is very efficient especially when you pay online. I’ll be back!

I picked up my ham today from the Stockbridge location. I had a wonderful experience. Everyone was very nice and greeted me when I got there. I was 3rd in line and in and out in about 5 minutes. I haven’t purchased a Honey Baked ham the past 4 years because of the cost. I saved up for one this year. No turkey this year just ham. Im so excited to serve this for Thanksgiving!

Customer service was fabulous. Sandwiches was delicious. The cashier even gave me a loyal punch card(purchase 10 sandwiches and get 1 free). I definitely recommend Stockbridge location. This would my 2nd time eating at honey baked ham. The first location was at the Locust Grove location. I like the Stockbridge location better.

If you think Honey baked Ham and turkey is good, then you're going to love it on a sandwich! The place is very clean, friendly and inviting environment. The sandwiches were delicious and I really enjoyed the bread!

I had a not so great experience at this location for Thanksgiving pick up but I tell you what, my complaint was heard and management made it right! I will continue to come to this location just based on the customer service I received after my purchase.

Honesty for some reason I never feel welcomed here. Something is missing. Some days I’m greeted, most days it’s what can I get for you? Other than that the lettuce turkey wrap is delicious, the cob salad, and the turkey bacon ranch sandwich.

I love the hand-crafted sandwiches. My favorite is the Tavern Club made pile high on sandwich bread with honey baked ham, the honey baked turkey, tomatoes, lettuce, and mayo.
